I really should have written this a long time ago. Maybe this won't matter to you, but before you expend energy writing to me (and I really hope you do) you need to know two things.

First...

Yeah sure, I have episodes of YCDTOTV. Probably every one (except that darn Adoption episode which only aired once and was then censored).

And second...

No, I can't make copies of them for you.

"But WHY NOT?!?!" you scream at me.

EEK! After putting in my earplugs, I would tell you this. Barring the obvious copyright infringement, the simple fact is you are one of literally hundreds of people to ask me for episodes of YCDTOTV. I sometimes get 10 requests in the course of just one week, and this page has been around almost two years and seen over 35,000 visitors. I can only imagine how many requests Ric from the YCDTOTV Web gets...he's had tens of thousands of visitors over the years. Sheesh.

So, if I copied every episode that you lovely maniacs have requested since this page started, I'd be doing it every spare moment of my life, and my VCR's would have fried long ago. One of them I bought in 1984. I think it's about ready to start collecting a pension.

I wish everyone who wanted episodes of all their favorite tv shows could have them on tape. Lots are available commercially, but why they don't sell YCDTOTV is beyond me. Fans of YCDTOTV are older now and have more disposable income. The tapes could be offered in Columbia House or something. I'm working on it, really. My advice to you at this point is:

It will be used as ammunition in my attempt to hunt down Roger Price and get him to negotiate selling the rights to duplicate YCDTOTV faithfully and legally.
