Young Bill Lewis hasn't had an easy time of it in Springfield. During his short lifetime he has gotten into a drunk driving accident, accidentally set the Fifth Street fire, and lost the love of his life, Michelle Bauer, to Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome. With his mother Vanessa's faked death, and father Billy in a halfway house off camera, Bill is now left with little story. Now that Vanessa is back and Billy's messin' with Cassie, Bill has disappeared. Give Bill a woman!
