Arnold
Arnold Schlotsky, the not too bright son of an investigator who once worked for the S.E.C. (Securities and Exchange Commission), yearns to follow in his Dad's footsteps, eliminating illegal trading on Wall street.
Starting in the S.E.C. as a mere clerk, he gets duped into believing that he's a special agent by other senior agents in the same office. The GAG gets out of control as Arnold snoops, meddles, picturing himself as some sort
of a mythical super-hero , flying around Wall Street, fighting greedy inside traders, and protecting innocent, small investors.
A strange twist of events causes Arnold to investigate and pursue MISTER X, a notorious inside trader who eventually turns out to be Arnold himself! Somehow, despite his bumbling methods and antics, Arnold manages to apprehend the REAL culprits getting promoted for his efforts.
