French Canadian chantuese, Celine Dion, grew up in a family full of music. The youngest of fourteen brothers and sisters, Celine began singing at the tender age of 6, and hasn't stopped since. After conquering Canada and France, Celine invaded the shores of the US. After learning the English language, Celine release her first US album entitled Unison. It spun off the smash hit Where Does My Heart Beat Now. You may remember Celine for her Grammy and Oscar winning duet with Peabo Bryson on the Disney classic Beauty and the Beast.

Celine's second self-titled album spun off such hits as If You Asked Me To, Nothing's Broken But My Heart,and Love Can Move Mountains. In 1993 Celine released her third English album entitled The Colour of My Love which garnered her with her first solo Number One hit in the US, The Power of Love. Following the major success of her latest cd, Celine went back to her roots releasing an all French cd entitled oddly enough The French Album

As if Celine had not already accomplished enough, in 1996 Celine released her latest (and most successful album) Falling Into You. This cd was praised by critics across the country, and gave Celine one of (if not the) most popular songs of '96. Because You Loved Me the theme from the motion picture Up Close and Personal starring Robert Redford & Michelle Pfeiffer became the anthem to couples all over the US. And talk about a second Oscar for Celine is rumored throughout the Entertainment Buisiness. As if that wasn't enough, Celine released It's All Coming Back to Me Now as the second track from the cd. The 7 minute long song has given Celine a definite hold on the music world. Being compared to as the next Barbara Streisand, Celine's powerful voice and kindness towards charities (such as Cystic Fibrosis) makes her a role model for people around the world.
