David J. Skal Bibliography

(This bibliography is incomplete in the sense that there are probably some minor published works by Skal that I have not included, either because I am not aware of them, or because I don't have the exact references at hand. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has information on works which might be included here. And, of course, it is a work in progress, in the sense that Skal is still a very active writer and has several books either just published or to be published within the next year.)
