Lipton Leamon Iced Tea
WARNING!
I don't like iced tea. I never did. I don't like any kind of
tea for that matter. It's rather strange then, that I managed to
develop a complete dependency on Lipton's Lemon Iced Tea. This
addiction does not spread to other kinds of iced tea however. Not
even other kinds of lemon iced tea! This is strictly an addiction
to Lipton's Lemon Iced Tea. I developed this addiction about
halfway through my first semester at Concordia. I had gone to get
a drink from the vending machine, but the drink I wanted was sold
out. I thought I'd give the lemon iced tea a try (I like lemon
flavored drinks, so I figured I'd give it shot). Little did I
realize how such a simple decision could lead to my inevitable
destruction! After drinking my first Lipton's Lemon Iced Tea, I
was extremely unimpressed. I thought it was ok, but nothing
special. The following day however, I was hit with a strange
desire to get more of the lemon flavored liquid. Ever since then,
things have just gotten worse. I'm a total addict now and I bring
the iced tea to almost all of my classes.
About a month ago, I notice a sinister plan being created by
the Lipton company. Slowly, all the Lipton's Lemon Iced Teas were
being replaced by Lipton's Peach Iced Teas!! You can imagine my
horror when I accidentally got a peach iced tea when I intended
to get a lemon iced tea. Most of the vending machines at the
Loyola campus are putting peach iced teas in place of the lemons.
I don't exactly know what Lipton's evil plan is yet, but it seems
to involve killing off those of us who are addicted to their
lemon iced tea by forcing us into withdrawal! This has to stop!
That's why I am warning all those of you who have not fallen
under its influence! Don't drink the Lipton's Lemon Iced Tea! It
will only lead to your destruction!
