Anakan is a nine year old boy, that is a slave to Watto. He is the only human to be able to drive a 500mph pod-racer. He has Jedi reflexes. When Qui-gon discovered Anikan's power's, he took him before the Jedi Council, they did not want to train him because he was to old. He was 9 in te movie, the council picks kids when they are 6 months old(but look at Luke Skywalker). Later he becomes Darth Vader(as everyone knows)
