Current Disneyland News:

April 2, 1999:
Well, it's been a while, but we've been really busy with work and school. Sorry about that. We have most of the lands done now and as soon as we have time to finish them, we'll put it all up! Again, sorry for the delay. ~Jonathan and Christina~

January 12, 1999:
Happy New Year! Sorry it's late. Well, we promised we'd get all the pages done during vacation and don't worry, we will. We'll get them up before we start school again. Not much longer. I hope everyone had a nice holiday. I did. If anyone has any fond memories at Disneyland, please feel free to send them in to us because I'm going to be making a page for Disneyland's Special Moments. As soon as I get a few memories, I'll post the page up for everyone to see and then of course, keep adding as they come in. Don't forget to sign the petition to Save the Country Bear Playhouse if you haven't already. We need all the help we can get to preserve this wonderful attraction. That's all for now. Bye. ~Jonathan and Christina~

November 20, 1998:
Disneyland will officially start their X-mas season on Thanksgiving day, and will start their yearly X-mas parade as well as putting up more decorations and adding more X-mas cheer. A fun way to see the lights and X-mas decorations at night is to go on the Omnibus at Main Street. It lets you see Disneyland from a different view than normal. You just have to be careful about not waiting too long to go on it because it closes fairly early with the rest of the Main Street transportation. Please bare with us with the updating. we're close to the end of our college semester and have a ton of work to do. During winter break we should have the rest of the lands finished. More another day. ~Jonathan~

November 9, 1998:
We went to Disneyland again and they had some of the special X-mas foods. I tried some and let me tell you, they were delicious! :) They were special cookie/muffin type foods, and were only $1.00 each. Pretty good price to me. There is now a Share a Wish with Santa Goofy in Town Square. Children will love it. Disneyland  also had a new program of singing called the MAIN STREET HOLIDAY SING-A-LONG. The singers sang about every hour except for certain times of the day until 6:45pm. They sounded very good! It wasn't what I expected though. I expected the usual caroler type singing soft and soothing. What they actually put on was more like a slightly comical/more cheerful look to the tradition carolers. To me it was a good change, and they'll probably still have the usual carolers later when it gets close to X-mas also. Well, that's all for now. ~Jonathan~

We just got back from Disneyland and it's GORGEOUS! They have already put up a lot of the X-mas frills and decorations. Small World Holiday is looking better than last year and they will soon offer X-mas season foods like eggnog, turkey, etc. I can't wait for all the X-mas changes to come! Another thing different so far this year is that they have decorated the Main Street Train Station and the castle. Looks very nice. :) Maybe I can take pics next time we go(sometime within the next 2 weeks) and find a way to scan them so that you can see how it looks. That's all I can think of right now. Keep checking back! ~Jonathan~

November 2, 1998:
Well, we've got the Mainstreet page fully up and it will give you a glimpse of how the others will be. Tina will be providing "Tina's Attraction Tip" to help you with things not in the Guidebook. We'll have the other pages up soon, hopefully. We would have gotten them up this weekend, but we lost track of time with Halloween and all. Happy Late Halloween! :) Thanks for bearing with us! ~Jonathan~

October 30, 1998:
We'll be finishing a lot of the pages this weekend, hopefully. Also, we'll probably be going to Disneyland next week some time, and we'll put in an update of how things are there. For some nostalgic reading, take a look at the Yesterland site. Keep checking back! :) ~Jonathan and Christina~

October 27, 1998:
I just added some of the Land pages(not much on them yet though). Christina will do a bit of text in those pages while I get started on the rest. Keep checking back. ~Jonathan~
I just added more links as you can see. Hope you like them. ~Jonathan~

First time putting news on our site, and we're still majorly under construction, just like DCA. :) We were at Disneyland on Saturday the 24th, and they were rennovationg quite a bit, especially on Main Street. The Mark Twain is closed and docked in the Columbia's spot for what looks like a repainting. Actually that's what most of the rennovations look like. Between the Disney's California Adventure site and the front of Disneyland, they have a little tent showing concept sketches and models of how DCA will look. It's very interesting.....now if they would only make it look as good as the concepts do. Only time will tell. Well, that's all for now.  ~Jonathan and Christina~
