Pysical Culture would be my fave sport so I decided to do a page bout it.
I started when I was 8 so I've been doing it for 4 years now.
Its a fun sport and alot of my friends do it as well.
Its like aerobics,exercise and dancing rolled into one.
The routines are done to music and start off with marching then there is exercise,breathing,relax,floor drill ending with
a dance. Every one does the same routine and u r judged on how well u do it and presentation. I have made nationals 2 times
now once as a 9 yr and last yr.It is alot of hard work but I enjoy it.
