Sally is the founder (with her 1st ex-hubby Adam Alexander) and the head of the struggling fashion house Spectra Fashions.

She have 2 ex-husbands: Adam Alexander and Clarke Garrison. From her marriage to Adam Sally had a daughter - Macy Alexander - Forrester - Forrester - Chambers - Forrester who has recently died in a car accident. And from her marriage to Clarke Garrison she has a son Clarke Jr. (CJ) Garrison.

Sally's biggest ambition in life is to be accepted and respected by the mighty Forrester clan and especially by Queen Stephanie Forrester. But in spite of that ambition Sally just can't resist a good verbal fight with the said Queen.
