Why Kovu is a Wimp

Why is this symbol so prevalent on this site? Because this lion does not come even close to living up to the talents and ability of his father. He lacks the drive and the inherent tenacity of his sire (Zira tried to put it in him, but you cannot mould potential that is not already there). He was not kingly; he behaved as a plebian. He did not show leadership, instead, he failed in his duties as prince of the Outlands, and so caused Nuka's death. Kovu is not worthy to be Scar's heir or son.

Consider this list, if the paragraph above wasn't enough: 1. Kovu has no ambition.

2. He is too cute for his own good (hmmm, do we see Disney merchandising at work here?).

3. He doesn't live up to the dark looks he inherited from his father.

4. He is lacking Scar's absolutely stunning queen's English accent (a prerequisite for being a villain in an American movie nowadays).

5. He falls in love with Simba's daughter (Aaaak! How could he?)
