Biography
Victoria Hoffman comes to L.A
by way of Kansas City, where she received her MFA in Acting & Directing from the
University of Missouri at Kansas City in conjunction with Missouri Repertory
Theatre, a.k.a. Kansas City Rep.
Regional credits include
Charley Bacon and His Family w/ Tony Plana at South Coast Repertory,
Tartuffe and Crimes of the Heart at Missouri Repertory Theatre,
and A Midsummer Night's Dream for the Theatricum Botanicum. Local
highlights include appearing as ‘Essie’ with Alan Young in the hit production of
You Can't Take It With You at the Actor's Co-op; 'Amy' in the
award-winning production of Company at the West Coast Ensemble; and
'Rachel' in Reckless for Blue Sphere Alliance at the Lex. Solo pieces
have appeared at The Met Theatre, Blue Sphere Alliance, 15 Minutes of FEM V &
VI, and Slideshow @ the FAKE. She has also been writing & performing with
The Quarterly Report, a writer’s collective
of first person narratives, for the past three years. She serves on the Board
of The
Classical Theatre Lab, and has appeared as ‘Ms. Clark’ in their
production of Berolt Brecht's The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui. Recent
TV/Film appearances include Boston Legal & The King of Queens.
Ms. Hoffman is also very active in the commercial, voiceover and animation
community. She can be heard voicing two characters in the upcoming Nintendo Wii
release Super Swing Golf.
