This is the characters page, those with ** beside it are taken. You can create fan-fictions they must fit into the Dragonball universe though, email us with the idea. Note: Those characters with the word tech beside them use a technical level..instead of a power level...Ex: Bulma would use a Bazooka or a Machine Gun not a Kamehameha....(Big Bang ...maybe...depending on how Pissy Vegeta is that day...but not Likely)
