Fighting

Stats Everyone will start with the same stats a power or technical level of 350, 150 hit points, and 100 ki or energy with which to perform moves. This will put some out of their range until they grow more powerful.
Combat Combat itself is meant to be simple and easy. A turn consists of ten rounds. A round is the process of each fighter attacking once. Everyone also has three blocks. After a block you are allowed to retaliate. You also get a single parry, when you parry it's an automatic counter with a normal physical attack, it does 1/2 of your AD. This can be blocked though. You get your blocks and parrys back at the of each turn. A battle continues until one person loses.
Charging You can charge a move to get more energy out of it. For every round you spend charging add +10% to the total damage and also add +15% ki to the total cost. Ex Vegeta is charging up his Final Flash with a base AD of 500 and his AD plus is 50. After a round of charging the total damage he would inflict would be 605AD(550x.10=55+550-605) and the total ki cost would be 460(400 base x.15=60+400=460)
Weak Attacks Sometimes you'll want to throw an attack but just don't have enough ki or energy left. You can reduce the cost of the attack and the total damage also. ex. Let's go with Piccolo, he's firing a Special Beam Cannon at his enemy but is low on ki. SBC costs 350, but Pic wants to use 100 ki on it. That's 28% of the cost, so he will reduce his damage to 28% also if he would normally do 1,000 damage with it, he'll now do 280 damage.
Countering Once during the battle you can counter your enemies blast with one of your own, this works like a block but has a difference. Your fire your blast into your enemies, if the damage is not totally reduced you still take this much, if your overpower it, they take the damage left from your blast. ex. Goku and Vegeta are in a showdown. Goku fires a Kamehameha with a total AD of 3,500. Vegeta counters wtih his Galic Gun with an AD of 3,000. Vegeta stops most of Goku's attack but still takes 500 points of damage. Multi-Opponent Combat Multiple Opponent combat is simple, each combat is counted individually, unless moves has special rules. One person goes the other responds, etc. Through everyone. Everyone has one hit points bank, it's taken from by everyone fighting that hits them. You have 3 dodges and 1 parry per person your fighting against, you can run out against one and have it against others, the same is true for defensive moves.
