Happy Gilmore. This one is even funnier than Billy Madison.  Sandler plays a hockey player turned golfer to try to buy back his grandma's house.  This one is non-stop, gut busting laughter.   ****1/4

Half Baked.  Don't ask me why but movies about a bunch of potheads are usually pretty funny.  And this one was really funny.  Funny characters, and story.  Jim Bruer from Saturday Night Live is one of the stars. ***

High School High.  This movie about Jon Lovitz teaching at an inter city school was so stupid, we got up and left.  What of it I saw I'll give * star

Home Alone.  This is a very entertaining movie for the kids.  A kid gets left at home by mistake and has to protect his home from burglars.  This one is good family fun.  Makulay Culkin and Joe Pesci star.  ****

Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.  Same story and stars as last one, except this one takes place in the Big Apple.  This one is also good family fun, but not as fun as the original.  **

Honey I Shrunk the Kids.  This one is a good choice for 9 year olds, not anybody else.  Rick Moranis plays a scientist who invents a shrinking machine that accidentally shrinks his kids and the neighbors kids.  They have to make it through the backyard in order to get back to the house, which is easier said than done when you're smaller than an ant.   **1/2

Honey I Blew Up the Kid.  Rick Moranis is back for the sequel, and it's worse than the original.

Hoosiers.  Gene Hackman stars in this fantastic movie about a small Indiana high school and their march towards the state basketball championship game.  This is a great movie that everyone should see.  *****
