mafia!- I walked into the theatre not wanting to see this movie. I thought it was going to be really stupid. Well... it was. But it was actually funny. There were some really funny parodies of other movies and some hilarious one liners. ***

Major League.  This is a really funny baseball movie about the woeful Cleveland Indians and their owner's attempt to move the team to southern Florida.  I think everybody and their grandma has seen it, but if you haven't it is a great baseball movie.  Charlie Sheen, Rene Russo, Tom Berenger, Wesley Snipes, and Corbin Bernson fill out this star-studded cast.  *****

Major League II.  This movie wasn't that bad, but no where near as good as the first one.  Sheen, Berenger, and Bernson return while Omar Epps takes Snipes place.  Randy Quaid is also in this one.  ** ½

Major Payne.  Damon Wayans stars in this worthless comedy about a drill sergeant who has to instruct boot camp for a bunch of kids.  There are a couple of funny moments though.   *1/2

Mars Attacks.  I thought this movie was going to be horrible.  It wasn't that good but it wasn't all that bad.  The cast is full of stars including Jack Nicholson, Glenn Close, Natalie Portman, Martin Short, Michael J. Fox and many more.  The film is a really a parody of sci-fi Martian invasion flicks.  If you view this movie for what it is, a parody you'll enjoy.  If you watch it thinking, "what are all of these great actors doing in this movie?" you won't like it.  I enjoyed it.  ***1/2

Men in Black.  Tommy Lee Jones and will Smith star in this alien flick. It was sorta good, but I didn't really like it.  It had good special effects  **

Mission Impossible. Tom Cruise is secret agent Ethan Hunt in this exciting spy movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. For you Seinfeld fans Jon Voight (George thought he bought Voight's Le Baron) is also in this movie. ****

Money Talks.  This hilarious movie starring Chris Tucker, Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen will probably keep you laughing for quite awhile.  Hilarious.   *** ½

Mrs. Doubtfire. Everybody thought this movie was so hilarious.  Except me.  Sure it did have some pretty funny parts but I still thought it was lame.  Maybe if it weren't so hyped, it would've been a little bit funnier.  Robin Williams isn't that funny people!  **

Murder at 1600.  I saw this movie at the mall due to the fact that Scream was sold out.  Wesley Snipes stars in this thriller about a murder that occurs inside the White House.  Alan Alda from Mash is also in this movie.  I was surprised that I actually liked this movie.  ***
