  • NEW!!! Season 4 will air on TheWB on September the 27th, and it will be a massive 2 hour ep premiere. It's called 'Charmed Again' and looks as if it's going to be amazing. The third episode is thought to be called "Hell Hath No Fury". (Also rumored is the 4th episode "Size Matters", TheCharmedOnes.com) Also, Rose McGowan (Paige) will probably have the power of telekenisis as well as some whitelighter abiIites since she was the result of Sam and Patty. It's looking like Phoebe might get a new, possibly active power. Since she is no longer the youngest, her powers will strengthen. Piper will be the strongest. (Thanks to CharmedForever.com)

  • NEW!!! --What's brewing down at the Halliwell manner?
A depressing funeral scene. Paige (Rose McGowan) shows up, after seeing Prue's obit in a newspaper that mysteriously blows through her door. She's tormented at the funeral by whether she should introduce herself to the girls she believes to be her sisters.
--Is Holly Marie going to receive the same pay as Alyssa? She is just as important and as good an actress--if not better.
So true, and yet, so unfortunately untrue for Holly's checkbook. Alyssa's the new It girl for the show. (From Wanda at Eonline)

  • Charmed, a show about three sisters who are witches, was recently given a three-year renewal by WB. The series will begin its fourth season this fall without Doherty, who left the show for undisclosed reasons but reportedly was having problems with co-star Alyssa Milano, according to the Post. The Post reported earlier that former Party of Five star Jennifer Love Hewitt was offered the role, but she turned it down to focus on her movie career. Wanda at E!Online reports that Tiffani Thiessen was approached with an offer of a role on Charmed but turned it down because they weren't offering enough money. Wanda also says that the word around town is that Holly and Alyssa are getting raises. Other actresses rumored to be considered for the role include Soleil Moon Frye, Irene Molloy, Rose McGowan (Monkeybone, Jawbreaker) and Denise Richards (Starship Troopers, Wild Things.)

  • Sources close to Doherty tell me their feisty friend has before her another primo project possibility: biting into a hot new UPN show, something called Buffy the Vampire Slayer. "Sarah Michelle Gellar and Shannen are really good friends," said a pal of the former. "And I know they've been talking about doing the show together, with Shannen as a recurring character." "They are good friends," confirmed Gellar's flack, who--conveniently--also represents Doherty. "And appearing on the show is always a possibility. As long as Buffy wants her, I know Shannen would do it." Nobody's confirming over at UPN, where Buffy starts filming in two weeks. And I'm told S.M.G. is still in Australia, wrapping Scooby-Doo. Buffy's mouthpiece says there are "no plans," currently, for Doherty to join the hit show. (From eonline's the Awful Truth w/ Ted)

  • Shannen Doherty starred in Satan's School for Girls (1999) (TV), which aired on ABC the 13th of March, but the two-hour TV movie averaged a diabolical 8.0 rating and a 12 share, according to Nielsen overnights. It was enough to put ABC in a tie with CBS, the usual Monday-night champ, for first place for the night.

  • Charmed helps WB boost rating position with last week, Feb. 3rd, episode ''Awakened,'' Charmed helped WB jumped its rating position to forth place, followed by CBS and Fox. ''Popular,'' starring Leslie Bibb, started off the night for The WB, grabbing a 4.4/7(3.7/6). A strong night for ''Charmed'' followed at 9 p.m. with the three witches scoring a 7.0/10 (5.1/7).

  • Charmed sets new record Charmed is sure charming everyone ever since it first debuted in WB. With many records broke by the Charmed Ones, this time they did it again with last week's episode, ''Awakened.'' Reported from last week's nielsens, Charmed set a series record among female teens (9.1/25). Congratulations!
