- ** Basically, another crappy post-"Scream" installment in the horror genre. Cradle Bay seems like a normal town, but kids soon start joining the club that good kids join in school. The one that does bake sales, etc. Are the kids joining willingly? Things seem okay except for one problem- these GOOD kids have an occassional psychotic episode where they rape or kill someone. The new kid in town, Steve, and a few of his friends (the stoner crowd) begin to notice these things, but do they before too late? Perhaps a step or two above its peers, the "I Know" series and "Urban Legend" series... but then again, why is there no DB series? It could've been so much more, but come on, it's got the coolest line in it - "HEY!!!!! Teachers, leave them kids alone!"
