- * This movie had a lot of hype, and little of the hype added up. I think I know why, too: Most people probably haven't seen it. I wasn't expecting a good movie, or even a funny flick. I knew what it was. It was made in the thirties, and it was supposed to show the dangers of weed. It was supposed to be hilarious in its uninformed ways- but, it wasn't. It only ended up looking old, over-long (yes, even though it's short), and BOOOOO-RING! I laughed once- A high teenager (in his car) hits a guy crossing the street. A really stupid movie that should've have been forgotten. "Not even funny when you're stoned."
