Good day.
Greetings and thanks a lot for coming to this page.
We are happy to see that you are interested on this page.
We are Maria Elena Romero y Jose F Jimeno.
We are trying to develop a yoga project to improve the people´s health and quality of life.
We are married and we do try from this family to work for the good of the people in general with the help of yoga science for health promotion.
We wish to share with you our personal experience and practice in yoga.

This is Jose F Jimeno. I
have been a yoga teacher for the last years (was educated in yoga at the
Kaivalyadhama Institute in Lonavala - India) and now with my wife, we
are offering yoga training courses for the Improvement of the Life Quality,
Practical yoga, breathing education and yoga workshop for both relaxation
and health.
Also I´ve completed the University Diploma in Nursing
at the Health Studies School of the Public University in Navarra,
in north Spain. Postgraduate in Natural Medicine at the Medicine Faculty
of the Zaragoza University, Spain. Diploma in Work Risk Prevention and
Diploma in Environmental Education.
I came in contact with the yoga from my childhood and with the yoga therapy in 1986 when Swami Digambarji was director of research at the Kaivalyadhama Institute.
After following the yoga discipline for some time in India, I experienced the benefit of such an ancient method.
Regular yoga practice is a health treasure that everyone can experience in himself.
We do believe in the possibility of promoting yoga based on the experinece that we can change our health for the better. It seems vital the promotion of healthy life styles nowadays in the society.
One of my future projects is also to attempt to promote the cooperation with the so called south developing countries on this matter.

1990-91 Gets the Diploma in Yoga Education granted by the Kaivalyadhama Institute of Lonavla (Maharastra-India)
1992 Works as yoga teacher at the Youth House of Pamplona´s Municipality. Imparts a Yoga course for the School of Security, Local Police Academy at Beriain (Navarra).
1993 Complete his studies of Yoga in Lonavla (India) and carry out a work of translation invited by the Argentinean Association of Yoga Teachers on the yogic topics imparted by Swami Maheshananda while his trip to Argentina

1997 Completes the studies of D. U. E. (University Nursing Diploma) at the Health Sciences School of the Public University of Navarra (Spain). Completes the course on "Medicinal and Aromatic Green Plants" at the Public University of Navarra (Spain). 1998 Stays in India for six months to study and research the yoga therapy at the Kaivalyadhama Institute. During this period consults patients with the medical officer of the S. A. G. Yogic Hospital, Dr. Kandelwal. After, teaches yoga therapy in Poland, Belgium and Holland for two months with Swami Maheshananda. Later visits Italy, Slovenia, Spain and Holland for three months teaching yoga. returns to India in October where does further research in the yoga therapy.
1999 Studies, teaches and practices yoga therapy in India till March and later in Spain: Benidorm, Tarragona, Barcelona, Pamplona and Madrid. Assists at the First Naturopathic Meeting in Zaragoza. Works for the Natural Nursing Department at the Nursing College in Zaragoza with the courses: "Relaxation and Improvement of the Life Quality I and II". Gives the same course for the Medical College of Zaragoza and for the Health Sciences School of the Public University of Navarra. Collaborates with the Postgraduate in Natural Medicine at the Medicine faculty of the UNIZAR with the yoga therapy topic.
2000 Teacher of the Geriatric Nursing courses offered by the Employment National Agency INEM at Zaragoza. Yoga teacher for the Social and Preventive Medicine Subject of the Zaragoza University, for the Youth Council in Grañon La Rioja, for the Official Nursing College at Zaragoza in Calatayud, for the Oliver and Fuentes Norte Health Centers at Zaragoza. 2007 Works as RN for the Health Department at School Health Program till May and from June to the end of the year works at the Government Paliative Care Unit. My name is María Elena Romero Roy, I´m a Reg. Nurse. I´ve got my Univesity Diploma in Nursing at Zaragoza University Health Sciences School (Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad de Zaragoza). I´m a natural theraphist and yoga teacher. Also treating people with music theraphy. Some years ago I satart to compose my own songs and poems. In natural theraphy I was lucky to study with an experienced doctor; Mr. Rafael Rodriguez in Zaragoza. I´d completed the Natural Medicine Postgraduate at the Medicine School of this university.
My working experience is asociated with the psiquiatric nursing, maternity, geriatrics and most of all primary care.
In each of them I try to apply the yoga philosophy as much as possible with good results.
I have been observing the great value of the music and relaxation as proper instruments for the Better Quality of life.
