So... Now I'm in my fourth and final semester... WOW!.. Its even difficult for me to believe that I've come this far, and in about 11 more weeks I'll have finally attained this goal!
So much has changed since October, of course, now I'm no longer at the Co-Op with AMP, Inc., that ended December 21, 1998. So now I'm just working at the school as a teaching assistant for Dr. Liu's Client Server Classes and also a web technician for the Blough Weis Library (still *chuckle*).
In order to finish up and graduate at the end of this semester I've had to take an overload of courses this semester... OY!... Japanese, Calculus, Field Biology, Management Support Systems and Database Programming..... WOW!.. its a lot to keep up with. Doesn't leave much time for a social life this semester.
Prior to the start of the semester, I headed out to Arizona! Ohhh man... that has to be one of the most beautiful places on the face of this earth. I stayed with FairieTink and Firelover.. we even managed to wrestle up Raistlin to join in the fun for a bunch of the nights. Tink and I did a road trip out to L.A.!! *chuckles*... talk about Toure De California... or California Masq Bash..... We hit all the "old Masqer's" up in California.... SHADOWSPAW, MADAM MYSTERY, LUNA, & ROSE.. it was an awesome time. And I finally got to walk on a beach of the West Coast... at 7 a.m. in the morning.. *hehe*.
The ride back was so totally awesome, there are so many different types of geography between San Diego and Phoenix that it is truely amazing. From mountains made of piled up rocks, to sand dunes...it was spectacular. And of course.. Story with her video camera (actually operated by Tink)... got lots of footage, evidence and black mail shots... *lol*.
While I was out there I did some interviewing, the usal Senior thing to do I suppose. I also had an interview with AMS in Fairfax, VA the day after I flew back. And, I'm proud to say, I've accepted a position with them for after graduation! I'm really excited and looking forward to the move!
