Procedure and requirements for membership of Merpati Putih :

1. Regular member .
    a. Fulfill the requirement of Member Candidate.
    b. Pass the examination of Basic One level and obduracy.
    c. Certified by  branch administrator

2. Member candidate .
    a. Fulfill the requirement of Member Candidate
    b. Join for selection as a member
    c. Certified by  branch administrator

3. Extraordinary member
    a. Fulfill the requirement of extraordinary member
    b. Proposed by brach to the head administrator through district administrator
    c. Approved by head administrator
 

Termination of membership

1. Death .
2. Ceased by Head administrator with respect, because of :
    a. Filing an intention to resign in writing to Branch, District, or Head administrator
    b. Disobeying registration as set forth by head administrator
3. Ceased by Head administrator without respect because   he / she broke the organization
    statutes or bylaws  severely
