Puberty

I know what you're all thinking. Ick. Or you're looking at this page, embarrassed that you're reading it. You're looking over your shoulder to make sure no one is looking at the screen to see what you are doing.

But you shouldn't be embarrassed. It's a natural thing. A way of life. But it can seem awkward at times, that's true. But remember, you're not going through it alone. All your friends are going through it too. So don't worry if your voice cracks, or you get a zit, or you are suddenly taller than your friends. They're just as embarassed about it as you are. Don't worry about it!
