This homepage is intended to be an inspiration for people that are interested in becoming flexible.

It can also be a source for people that likes to watch other people that already are flexible.

I have four different catagories of flexibility moves :

  1. The front split
  2. The side split also known as the Chineese split
  3. Frontbending
  4. Backbending
The front split is when you sit with one leg fully extended in front of you and the other leg is fully extended behind you as the following picture shows.

The side split is when you have both your legs fully extended on each side of you as the following picture shows.

A frontbend is when you somehow put your legs behind you. It's kind off hard to explain but
if you take a look at the picture I think you will understand.

Saving the best for last. Backbends is the most spectacular move cuz it looks so impossible
to bend like that to a "normal" person. I think the name backbend explains itself so just enjoy
the picture.
