Here are some before surgery pictures of me. These were taken in September, 1998. This was the last time I allowed myself to be in front of a camera and have pictures taken. My daugther, her friend, and I were fortunate enough to attend the Primetime Emmy Awards last year. I took me a long time to find a dress in my size that was fancy enough to wear. This shouldn't be a problem if we are lucky enough to get tickets again later this year.
