Our Story

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH CRANIOSTENOSIS (SAGITTAL SYNOSTOSIS)

Our names are Jeff and Rachel and we live in Toronto, Canada. We have two children who have been diagnosed with and operated on for premature sagittal synostosis. We are happy to describe to you the details of our experiences and to answer any e-mails with specific questions on the subject. We would like to say however at the outset, that we are not doctors, so what we write here is based on our personal experiences and some research conducted over the Internet. We are just parents who know how hard it is to make the decision to have surgery performed on our children, to deal with the anxiety leading up to the surgery, and to watch our children go through the process.
