-Six time NCAA All-American(track & x-country).
-1993-1996 American record holder 5000m on the road.
-1992 4th Olympic trials in 1500m...Ran third in the New York Games Mile.
-Started triathlons in 1996... turned pro after three races.
-Currently the fastest runner in the sport of triathlon.
-Nicknamed "Crash", for certain tendencies on the bike.
