Dee and I have really enjoyed having Gavin. He makes life move quickly. Before you have kids your time is spent more loosely to say the least. Being a father is fun though, I now see the otherside of growing up. I'm sure when Gavin gets a little older I will see similarities to my own childhood. I can not wait until Gavin can speak. He has so much energy. I only have memories of that much spirit. Now I seem to end up on the couch more and more. Ethan (my nephew) has done a good job of ushering us into parenthood. With out him I believe we may have cried UNCLE even before we brought Gavin home from the hospital. As it is though, Gavin has not whooped us. yet |
