Actual printer's block used to print the above cachets.

These two unusual three colored Khol-Kraft cachets feature a human skull and stress the warlike battle against cancer.  The two cachets differ only in the title and border color.  I acquired the printer's block from eBay.  This block was used to print the identical borders of both cachets.  So far, I have been unable to discover very much information about this cachetmaker.  If you can provide any additional information, please drop me a line at smith@in.net.  The text on both cachets is identical and reads as follows:
