DAY 13

1:00

"Mulder… last time I checked the FBI building was not located in ‘Ruth and Pete’s Diner’." Scully said as she looked up at the small restaurant.

"Thank you for the wonderful insight Agent Scully. But I’m starved." He opened his door and climbed out, leaving Scully no choice but to fallow unless she wanted to sit and wait.

A few minutes later they sat opposite each other in a booth. A waitress walked over immediately. "What can I get ya two?" She asked through smacks on her gum.

"I’ll take a turkey club, french fries, diet coke, oh! And apple pie." Mulder responded immediately.

Scully shook her head in disgust. "I’ll take half a grape fruit, a bagel with light cream cheese and a coffee." She handed the menu to the waitress with a polite smile then turned back to Mulder.

He was starring at her in shook. "You need to live a little Scully."

"What are you talking about?" She asked as she stirred sugar into her coffee.

"Do something daring. Eat something with," He said a dramatic gasp then looked around in mock suspicion before ending in a whisper. "Fat."

"Very funny Mulder."

"I’m serious Scully. Do something daring, right here right now."

She let out an aggravated sigh and shook her head ignoring him.

"What’s wrong Scully? Scared?" He asked after their food was set down.

Scully glanced up from her bagel for a moment. "Ok…" She looked back down and began to spread her cream cheese.

Mulder was about to ask her again but almost choked on his sandwich when Scully’s shoeless foot came in contact with his crotch. "Scully!" He hissed out.

"Hmm?" She asked as she took a spoonful of grapefruit into her mouth.

Mulder sat there, mouth agape, as she rubbed her foot over his new erection.

Scully delicately ate her whole lunch, the whole time rubbing him with her foot. After ten minutes she moved her foot away and looked up at Mulder. "You almost ready?"

Mulder shut his eyes and took a deep breath trying to calm his nerves. After a moment he opened his eyes, looked down at his uneaten lunch, back up at Scully. Suddenly he reached into his pocket, dropped the money onto the table and stood up uncomfortably grabbing Scully and pulling her along with him….
