Fitness Information Library

The Fitness Information Library is a free site offering a large and detailed source of information for bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts, from beginner to pro.

The site concept came about because there was a serious lack of information for beginners, both on the web and in fitness magazines.  This site aims to offer detailed information and illustrations on the basics of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle for those starting out in body building and more experienced bodybuilders wanting to improve their routine.


 





WHY IS THIS SITE DIFFERENT?

The Fitness Information Library is different from other fitness sites offering help and advice because when a question needs answered we don't just give you the opinion of one person, we give you answers from other readers, trainer's, bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts.  This enables us to give you a wider range of opinions. Our  QUESTION AND ANSWER PAGE  allows readers to submit there own questions or submit their opinions and answers to questions and topics from other readers.
