Never to be forgotten!
A very, very sad day in racing-2/18/2001
Statement from Tony regarding the passing of Dale Earnhardt
"Dale Earnhardt made a difference in the world. On the track, he made us all better drivers because he set a standard of excellence we all aspired to achieve. He had a passion and a desire that took the sport of NASCAR to a new level every time he climbed in the car. Off the track he was a kind, giving, loving man who gave his all to his family and friends. He worked tirelessly to make the world a better place for as many people as possible who were less fortunate than he. I did not know him as long as most of the other drivers but he made a huge impact on my life in the years I have been in NASCAR. I am grateful and blessed to have had the benefit of his wisdom and guidance. My heart and prayers go out to his wife Teresa; his children Dale Jr., Kelley and Taylor, and all his family and friends." Tony Stewart

A very scary moment for Tony (and his fans!) in the Daytona 500, in the beginning of 2001. And, we thank the Lord for no terrible tragedies in 2002!
Looks like the Tiger made his way back into Tony's driving, slowly but surely! 2002 has turned into a winning season for Tony!
Besting himself from 1999, driving in both the Indy and the 600 in 2001.

Liking Tony Stewart has proven to be a challenge,
but nonetheless an extremely pleasurable one to watch him race! Can it get any better than this season of 2002? Yep, another Championship for 2003!
the Tiger in Nascar...
ever seen this driver and car?
the big orange Home Depot...
that doesn't keep his attitude incognito!
the number twenty...
that runs them off plenty...
his forward disposition...
keeps him in position...
but only when he's thinking about his mission!
My photo album
with gracious thanks to all the places I surfed and found these great photos! There are too many to make note of each one, but I thank you all.
