Dhammakaya International Meditation Center (D.I.M.C.) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to spread the Dhammakaya meditation technique. Dhammakaya meditation is an effective and easy-to-learn technique which everyone can benefit from regardless of religion, race, or age.

   Some may think of meditation as a religious practice. Meditation is, in fact, a way to train the mind to be more focused and is also an effective way to relax your body and mind. Click here to learn more about benefits of meditaion.

   D.I.M.C. do offer a course in Dhammakaya Meditation for Beginners. The course will be on every Wednesday starting from October 7th to December 16th 1998 (10 sessions).
