Service provided to all persons 18 years of age and older who possess a valid Sask. Health Card

Direct Service

Provided by a multi-disciplinary team of community nurses, social workers, psychologists, and consultant psychiatrists. Services delivered are intake, assessment, referral, individual / marital / family therapy and group work.

Consultation Service.

Provided on an individual basis to agencies, other professional, community groups and individuals as requested.

Specialized Service

Group treatment services provided to survivors of abusive relationships, men who batter, and individuals suffering from panic attack disorder. Psychoeducational groups are also delivered.

Community Development and Public Education

Outpatient staff are involved in the promotion and development of mental health related organizations and services. Special emphasis is placed on rural communities developing for their own administration and delivery within their community. Staff are also involved in education. Some topics are stress managemant, assertion training, suicide, adult sexual offenders, men who batter, and survivorship of abusive realtionships.

Sites of Service and Office Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Yorkton Mental Health)

Regular part-time clinics at Esterhazy, Melville, Ituna, Kamsack, Canora, Preeceville, Norquay, Buchanan, Wadana, Foam Lake, Wynyard, Kelvington, and Neudorf. Part time clinics also run - schedules available on request.
