Sedentary means "that condition in which one is unable to perform up to 80% of the human design." For example, a non-sedentary person at any age should at least be capable of covering 5 miles in one hour with no feelings of exhaustion.

The Paleolithic Diet Program, aka, The Starch-Based Nutritional Program.
