FOR MY FRIENDS

Virtual Irish PUB.VIP

A great place to chat. Without the VIP, this sight might never have made the journey from thought to web page. Friends there shared their HTML and other puter skills with this cyber-challenged wanderer and encouraged my activism. While some think of it as a potential date/meeting place, many of us "OLD REGS" think of it as our home pub on the web. A place to enjoy the lost art of conversation, " good craic" as the Irish say. A very good place to begin one's venture to chat without the pressure of the usual "cyber geeks and their agendas, In its better days, before the Irish Times article , one might say it truly mirroed what a local pub would feel like. The sense of community and conviviality. It has changed a great deal since then, yet remains a good place to stop by for a virtual pint and a chat. The Mission statement is one of the best; "To promote global harmony". Can't argue with that as a theme. Thanks to them this site was mentioned in the Irish Times in October of 1998.

THE OFFICIAL JONI MITCHELL PAGE This site speaks for itself. We are lucky to have Ms. Mitchell still with us , as she is one of the many who suffer with Post-polio syndrome. God Bless Joni! May she always keep singing for the roses. She will always remain my heroine, for she never relinquishes her right to be who she wanted to be and sing her song in her own way. Check out her new album/cd
