God's Vision for Us GLORIA A DIOS Our long-term vision is to strengthen, grow and multiply God's existing Vineyard activities in Klaipeda. This would mean individuals developing deeper, more secure, Holy Spirit-filled relationships with God. This would mean us as a community becoming stronger, more secure and more Godly. We desire to see Vineyard Klaipeda comfortably running itself while we are at home and away, and eventually desire to replace ourselves with a full-time Lithuanian pastoral couple and leadership team. Our long-term vision for outreach, is to continue to follow God's heart for the poor and the nations, as a community, as best we can. This includes continuing to explore avenues to see God as a reality in the lives of the children at the local orphanage we visit. It also includes developing our present relationships with the women's home and needle exchange, and any other institutions with which God may put us in touch. Our heart is to see a passion for the poor birthed in our community in such a way that leads people to follow God and to take initiative, start their own outreaches, church plant and travel into the nations to work with other similar mercy-style teams.
