The secretariat will be open at the Symposium venue as follows:
13th and 14th May : 08.30 to 20.00
15th May 08.30 to 14.00

Please, contact the Technical Secretariat to get you registration form.
Registration will not be accepted until payment is made.

SYMPOSIUM DINNER
14th May, 21.00 hours: 9,500 pesetas/per person. Reservations up to 9th April.
CANCELLATIONS
The Secretariat should be notified of cancellations in writing.
Before 13.04.99 – 75% of total price will be returned.
After 13.04.99 – no amounts will be returned.
All reimbursements will be made after the Symposium.
HOTELS
we will inform you about accommodation and rates in Barcelona as soon as possible.
TECHNICAL EXHIBITION
This will be installed at the Symposium venue and will remain open during the Symposium.
SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION
The Organisation will provide English/Spanish simultaneous translation services for all the sessions of the Symposium.
