Brandy Station
An absolute humiliation for J.E.B. Stuart. Stuart was reviewing his cavalry at Brandy Station when Major General A. Pleasonton's cavalry attacked. Though this was an surprise attack, Stuart prevailed and Pleasonton stopped attacking. This was the largest cavalry battle in the continent of North America.
