I was Born on March 22, 1974 in Baja California, Mexico. Soon after, my parents moved to California (US) where I currently reside. I am now happily married to Edwin and have 2 children of our own. Tiffany & Anthony are two very active kids (day & night). Same reason why I don't get much sleep and have almost no need for a regular workout to stay fit. I do however love fitness, exercising, and staying healthy by eating right (visit my Links page for fitness sites).
