My naturist experience

I've always liked to be unclothed. I remember when I was between 3 and 6 my mother used to take off my swim-suit after swimming in the sea so I could get more easily dried. One day she told me that other mothers were bothered because their daughters used to look at me while I was naked (wow!). Then I grew up and I was told I could not stay without my bathing suit anymore.

From those early years I also remember that I used to take off my clothes in secrecy. I can't tell exactly why I started acting that way. Maybe it was for the same reasons why I'm doing it now that I'm working on the computer: it's hot (about 27° C) and I feel more confortable and relaxed. I used to do it in secrecy because I got frequently ill untill my puberty and my parents were afraid whenever I could get cold.

My grandparents lived in my house for several years, so I had no time but few moments to enjoy nude living. Then, after my 13th, birthday we were again 3 in the house (I'm the only child): during school holidays I was alone in the morning and I could stay happily unclothed for few hour a day. But on the other side I was unhappy because I couldn't find anyone to share my nude mornings with. All the girls I knew (I mean all the girls who were friend of mine) thought that their bodies were something to be ashamed of while quite all the boys were thinking of naked girls as sexual objects. And I didn't want to have a girlfriend just to ask her to strip in front of me: I was simply looking for someone, boy or girl, who felt at easy with nudity. Still nowaday I don't want girls to show me their bodis as presents: I think a girl should stay unclothed for her own pleasure.

So I was that odd boy who used to dream of naked boys and girls enjoying in the sun, swimming, playing and chatting with no fear and no sexual thoughts. Real life was far from my dreamland and I started thinking that I had some kind of sexual problems :-) !!

Then in 1992 I went on a journey to Florida and found a photographic book by Jock Sturges. That was exactly what I was looking for: naturism and nudism! I knew for the first time that in France lived people who used to do what I could only dream: swim and sunbathing in the nude.

Back to Italy I started looking for something (books. videos, magazines) related to naturism. Unfortunately I found nothing at all!!
By chance I found another photographic book, by David Hamilton this time, but it didn't help (though Hamilton's pictures really meet my tastes - in fact I don't like glamour at all). Again I was lost. I entered the university but no-one was interested in nude holidays or similar.

If I was an adventurous one I would get on the car and go alone to some naturist beach in Europe. But I'm not that kind of guy and life doesen't always take you where you whish to be taken to. So let's go further.

I didn't really know what naturism was. Naturists are naked, and then? Do they go exclusively to Montlivet beach (this was the only place I knew from Sturge's book), are they naked only at the sea? What about other countries? Years went by untill...

... in 1998 I joined the Internet. There (or rather here) I've spent my last months with great pleasure: I've found answers to most of my question and now I know who I am. I'm very glad that millions of people all over the World live in the way I like best.

As I've found only two italian naturist sites on the Web and no personal Home Pages, I decided to build up this site hoping that some country-fellow would land up on my pages. So, if you can read italian you should visit also the italian section. Then I decided to try to write something in english, too. And here it is.
