Through my own evolution - personally and professionally - my interests are mainly centred on my own perception of my journey to wholeness. This has developed from my own genetic and environmental influences mixed with transpersonal experiences throughout my life. Enhancing this intuitive evolution has been the synchronicity of my life experiences and my professional experiences all as an evolving self to an ongoing wholeness. The journey continues.

My present area of interest is in the exploration body/emotional blockage and the release of these to enable individuals and groups to reach higher levels of experiential energies and potentials. Professionally, this has been in practice with individuals, groups, communities, educational settings and, more recently, in the corporate world. The latter has been in corporate coaching in senior management selection, team energy, team building, 'mentoring' senior managers and helping senior managers through their 'mid-life' crisis to reaching spiritual connections.

I nurture myself by my involvement with my family and friends in the deep loving that seems to grow exponentially as I understand my self and share and grow with them.
