There are several nice herb farms in Indiana. There is a lovely 27.5 acre herb farm just west of Indianapolis, called The Hobbit. Everything is organically grown. The owner has Herb Festivals, winter retreats and many, many workshops on everything from growing your garden to making tinctures, cosmetics, and even baskets. The Hobbitt has an excellent selection of herbs, including many hard to find herbs. The owner is Constance Ferry (so she is looked on with kindness by the fairies). The address is 6213 E. Co. CAROLEE'S HERB FARM AND DISPLAY GARDEN
Another one that has festivals and workshops is called Carolee's Herb
Farm and Display Garden. Carolee's is located on County Road
100 West between County Roads 400 South & 300 South in
Blackford County by Hartford City, Indiana. She propogates and
grows all of her plants. She has numerous beautiful gardens where
you can view mature plants. Carolee's has a good selection of
herbs.
