After my last class with Patrick Zeigler, the founder of SKHM, I had an incredible dream. I was shown a wonderful way to support the Reiki and Seichim energies on a physical level. I saw how to unite the four elements, which is within all of creation no matter what the form may be, with the Reiki and Seichim energies.

I saw how the use, of what I call essences (they are similar to Flower Essences in that nothing "physical" is added to the water), in between treatments can lengthen the healing effects of a treatment. I saw how the essences aren't meant to replace a treatment whatsoever. Rather, they are meant to enhance the treatment afterwards and in between. They will prolong the effects of a treatment, sustain the higher energy levels within the body, and provide a very physical way for the Reiki and Seichim energies to work. They will also help the recipient become more receptive to the energy treatments if they continue to work with the essences.

In the dream, I was shown four locations within the United States, in which I could create the essences. I was shown a specific ceremony to create them. I was given special songs to sing over them everyday, and I was given specific prayers to say four times a day over the course of four days and nights. I was given a taste with regards to which type of water to use.

After a lot of hiking, I found one of the locations in my dreams. It's located within the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, within the four sacred mountains that surround this area. According to the residents of this area, this area is considered to be the only "civilized" place, solely meaning that this area is surrounded by the four sacred mountains and that this area contains many prayers and ceremonies are performed within this area every single day. I'm calling my company Truchas Visions, because where I make the essences, there is a wonderful view of one of the four sacred mountains called Truchas Peak.

In addition, by "accident" I found the water. One day my friend took me for a soak, and I discovered the mineral water I was to use. It has a wonderful energy to it, and I have found, through drinking it myself and working with it upon myself, that it helps one find balance amongst all of our lower emotions such as fear and depression.

After discovering these two main ingredients, I finally began creating my dream for you. As mentioned these are to be used in between treatments. A few drops of one or both essences can be placed under your tongue throughout the day or placed in a glass of drinking water. They can also be used in your bath, and/or directly applied to areas of your body that need healing the most.

My friend, who is a recovering alcoholic, told me that she couldn't use the essences if I preserved them in brandy, so I decided to preserve them in vinegar. This way they can be used by all.

I remember when Sasala told me about her essences. I was an instant skeptic, and she responded by saying, "Then I'm sending you a sample."

I work with Reiki and Seichim, so I decided one week I'd work with the Reiki Essence and the next with the Seichim essence. I have to admit, I'm really shocked. They work!!!!!!!

After my self-treatment, I put three dropts into a glass of water and drank it all four times a day, per Sasala's recommendation.

I feel so different. I feel more connected to the energy, meaning I feel its presences within me all the time. I think my cells are readjusting. Never felt like this with a treatment alone. From a treatment, I always felt good, but that good feeling rarely lasted for more than a day with me. Now I feel like it lasts longer...or maybe physically, I'm better able to support it since I'm using the essences. I'm not really sure which one is right, but I guess that doesn't matter. My treatments are now improving with the continued use of these essences. I feel like I can handle more energy with each new treatment I give to myself or receive from someone else. I keep seeing my cells drink up the energy. I think both the Reiki and Seichim Essences are loving, supportive and healing. At this time, they are bottled in 10ml, cobalt blue and amber bottles. Instructions will be shipped with your order.
