I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Education from University of South Florida. I have been teaching since 1971.I am presently teaching Physical Education at Dunedin Middle School Dunedin,Florida. .

My interests outside of school are cooking, gardening, reading, photography, outdoor adventures, sailing, sports, music, and best of all, traveling. I have been around the world and will continue to do so at every opportunity!

I was in England as a 2001-02 Fulbright Teacher Exchange participant. This program is administered through the Dept. of State. I taught at Cirencester College in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, and lived in Cheltenham. I was there for the school year, which ended July 12, 2002 and then headed back to the USA. Here I am active in the professional associations for Physical Education at the county, state, and national level. I am also involved with the Pinellas County Schools writing teams for curriculum for Physical Education Student Expectations. I recently was awarded the State Technology Award from Florida's Physical Education Association. I also was part of the Nagano - Clearwater Sister City program and spent the year 2004-05 in Nagano, Japan. I taught English in junior high schools. What an experience that was.
