Patient with newly diagnosed malignant melanoma of right calf underwent FDG-PET scan for metastasis workup.Patient denied pregnancy at the time of the scan. Pelvic USG  performed 1 week later revealed 5 weeks old gestational sac. Beta HCG was positive.
