 Fixed anterior-septal, septal and inferior wall defect.The only normal wall is the lateral wall (above).

 FDG-PET 

 Only the lateral wall shows normal FDG uptake. The remaining segments have very poor or no FDG uptake,

 consistent with scarred myocardium.
