Momma's Gravy

1/4 cup oil,3 heaping tbs.real flour. Directions: Get the oil hot, add the flour, and stir till smooth. Pour milk till pan is 3/4 full. Stir constantly till thick and bubbly.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup self-rising flour, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 2 tbs.water, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:Mix dry stuff. Cream oil and sugars. Add peanut butter, egg, and water and vanilla; beat well. Blend in dry stuff, mixing well. Roll into small balls. Place on un-greased cookie sheet. Press w/fork dipped in flour. Bake @325 for 15 mins.

Awesome Cornbread

3 cups white cornmeal,1 egg, 1 cup real milk, 1 tbs.oil, 1 cup water.

Directions:Mix and Put 1 tbs.oil in pan. Set oven @350. Cook for 40 mins.

Rotel Cheese Dip

1 lb.cheese spread, 1 can (10 oz.)Diced tomatoes and green chilies.Directions: Mix and Microwave for 5 mins or until cheese is melted. Serve w/tortilla chips.

Peggy's(fattening)Biscuits

2 cups flour, 1 tbs.mayonaise, 3/4 cup real milk, 1/4 cup oil

Directions:Roll out and put into Greased pan. Cook @425 for 30 mins.

Zero Fat Carrot Salad

2-3 cups shredded carrots, 1 tbs.sugar, 2 tbs. lemon juice, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 med.oranges(cut these up small), 1/2 cup raisens. Directions:Mix all this stuff

9 cups your fav.chex mix, 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup real butter(no low-fat), 1 tsp.vanilla, 1 1/2 cup.powdered sugar

Directions: 1.Pour cereal into large bowl, set aside;2.In microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and real butter. Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 mins. or until smooth, stirring after one minute. Stir in vanilla. 3.Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stir until all of it's coated. Pour cereal into large zip-lock bag w/powdered sugar. Zip and shake till all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool.

Pizza Burgers

2lb.hamburger, 2 cans Pizza Sauce(15oz)(Contadina), Garlic Salt(couple shakes), Italian or Oregano Seasoning, Mushrooms, Green Bell Peppers, Olives, Dried Onion flakes(or real) Mozzerella, Parmesian Cheese, Hamburger Buns

Directions: 1.Cook your hamburger meat and drain. 2.Add pizza sauce and seasonings and salt,and onions and peppers(if you chose to add peppers)Let this simmer till thick 3.Add whatever else you chose to put in your pizza burgers to this sauce and slap em on some hamburger buns(that's in a baking dish)4.Top your hamburger mixture with parmesian cheese and mozzzerella. 5.Put in Oven(which was supposed to be preheated to 350 degrees) and bake untill cheese and buns are toasted. Eat up!
