My
role here was as designer for 7 major cities and manager of two
graphic production associates. My designer role included designing
guides, features, and templates using a multiple programs along
with html and javascript for the region. Designs were used to grab
the readers eye, be user-friendly, interactive, and bring the user
deeper into the site and to make citysearch.com a site to visit
often. My managerial role included setting up design standards for
the Midwest region and training new designers in the company. I
was the point person in a variety of areas for the company and welcomed
it. |

times a day. Duties covered a wide range of what takes place in
a creative department from designing, photo editing, setting up
an archival system, to writing contracts.

time and day of a shoot, process, edit, and prepare photos for the
Internet.
Graphic Design: The creation of photo/graphic images for the site.
Place photos and graphics on page(s) using html and in-house programs.
Sidewalk was bought out by chicago.citysearch.com where I continued
