Lucy Fingerhut Havenkamp III was born on April 25, 1993 in Los Angeles, California.  At the tender age of three months she was adopted by Deanna O'Neil and moved to the exclusive and restricted Palos Verdes Estates, California.  In California she attempted to start a career in film and television but was hampered by weight problems (she is a beagle after alll!).  So last January at the age of five  Ms. Havenkamp moved (as well as her owner) to New York City with her eye on Broadway.
